yA It could be, but there are many challences out there. Local implementation mechanism, right n responsibility, land/forest design, etc.<br /><br />The REDD project is not just about forest. REDD sceme and its project also possible to be actualised at non state forest. Village community have opportunity to do so in their private land. Challenging huh :)
